AI Catalog Health Check
A PDF report on the quality of your Shopify product listings, made from a product export you email us. A person reviews every report, and we never log in to or change your store.
What you get
A PDF report of listing-quality issues in your Shopify catalog. Each finding names the product, the field, what we found and the type of fix we suggest, followed by a summary and your top five priorities. A person at TED5 reviews and approves the report before it is sent to you.
What's included

What we need from you
- A Shopify product export (Products → Export → CSV). Product data only. We'll ask for it after you've agreed and paid.
- Please don't send customer exports, order exports, passwords, API keys or store logins.
- An email address where we can send the consent text, the payment link and your report.
Exclusions and third-party costs
Not included
- Sales results. The report reviews listing quality; it doesn't guarantee more sales, traffic, rankings or revenue.
- Any change to your store. We never log in to it or edit it.
- Making the fixes for you. Ask if you'd like that quoted separately.
- Catalogs over 500 products, which are quoted separately before any work starts.
- Customer or order data. We refuse and delete any file that contains it.
How delivery works
Email us to order
Email checks@ted5.com.au with your name, business and store address, and roughly how many products you have. Don't attach your export yet.
Read the scope and agree Your approval
We reply with the scope and how your data is handled. If you're happy, reply "I agree". Nothing is processed before that.
Pay by secure link Your approval
After you agree, we email you a Stripe payment link. TED5 never sees your card details.
Send your product export
Reply with your Shopify product CSV export. It's processed on TED5's own computer, in a folder used only for your order.
Checks, AI summary and human review
Automated checks find listing issues. An AI model drafts the summary from those findings only, not your raw file, and a person reviews and approves the report.
Report delivered
We email you the PDF report. Your file and the report are deleted 30 days after delivery.
Questions about this service
Is my data sent to an AI model?
Only the findings from the automated checks are. Your raw product descriptions, cost prices, stock levels and barcodes aren't. The model is Claude, from Anthropic, which processes requests on servers outside Australia (mainly the United States). Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't use this data to train its models.
Do you need access to my store?
No. The check works only on the export file you send. We never log in to your store or change it.
What if my export can't be used?
We'll ask for one corrected export. If that still can't be used, we refund you in full and delete the file.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Email checks@ted5.com.au at any time to withdraw your consent. We stop processing straight away, delete your data and confirm the deletion by email within 5 business days.
What if I have more than 500 products?
Tell us when you email. Larger catalogs are quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.
