Order the AI Catalog Health Check

Ordering is by email. We send you the scope and how your data is handled first. Nothing is processed and nothing is charged until you agree.

1. Start your order email

The button opens your email app with a short message to checks@ted5.com.au. Fill in the details and send it. If the button doesn't work, email us with the subject “Catalog Health Check order” and the details below.

Don't attach your export yet

We ask for your Shopify product export only after you've agreed and paid. Never send customer exports, order exports, passwords, API keys or store logins. We refuse and delete any file that contains customer details.

What happens next

  1. Email us to order

    Email checks@ted5.com.au with your name, business and store address, and roughly how many products you have. Don't attach your export yet.

  2. Read the scope and agree Your approval

    We reply with the scope and how your data is handled. If you're happy, reply "I agree". Nothing is processed before that.

  3. Pay by secure link Your approval

    After you agree, we email you a Stripe payment link. TED5 never sees your card details.

  4. Send your product export

    Reply with your Shopify product CSV export. It's processed on TED5's own computer, in a folder used only for your order.

  5. Checks, AI summary and human review

    Automated checks find listing issues. An AI model drafts the summary from those findings only, not your raw file, and a person reviews and approves the report.

  6. Report delivered

    We email you the PDF report. Your file and the report are deleted 30 days after delivery.
