They do not constitute professional IT consulting, legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Ted5 and its operators accept no liability for actions taken or decisions made based on AI-generated assessments. You should engage qualified professionals before acting on any recommendations, particularly those related to:

  • Cybersecurity measures and incident response
  • Regulatory compliance (Essential Eight, Privacy Act, PCI-DSS, APRA CPS 234)

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Ted5's services lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate harm to others
  • Submit false or misleading information in assessments
  • Share access credentials for paid services with unauthorised parties

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, reports, and software produced by Ted5 remain the intellectual property of Ted5. Your assessment results are yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute Ted5 reports or outputs without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of Ted5 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Ted5 and its operators:

  • Provide services "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • Are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of AI-generated assessments
  • Do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report or recommendation

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot be excluded.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
